Does the diagnostic fee count toward the repair?
Yes. If you book the repair with us, the $120 diagnostic fee goes toward it.
Do you charge a trip fee?
No trip fee anywhere in Tooele County. Outside the county, like Salt Lake, Ogden, Orem or Park City, there is a flat $60 trip fee for bigger jobs.
Why don’t you warranty parts?
We order parts online to keep your cost down instead of marking up parts from a supplier. The trade-off is that we don’t add our own warranty on parts. We do stand behind our labor.
Can I supply my own parts?
Ask us when you book. It depends on the part and the job.
How does that compare to other shops?
